

| Dated February 3, 2012. DEEP issued a tentaive determination to approve the Five-Year Permit to Construct and Operate solid waste recycling facility located at 990 Naugatuck Ave, Milford, CT. Processing Capacity: 500 tons/day in Phase I; 700 tons/day in Phase II. Storage Capacity: 8680 tons. Operation hours: Monday - Friday 6am-7pm. Saturday 6am-3pm. The Facility will handle waste from construction and demolition activities, municipal solid waste from commercial and indudstrial activities, clean wood and recycle.
